holiday pay / handing notice in

i was never given it from work ( i did ask several times) i did ask for one 2 weeks ago still waiting nothing was mentioned about leaving or my 3 weeks in hand

I realise that the OP isn't interested in this legal nicety, but it certainly gives him/her more cards to play if the employer doesn't cough up
