Littlewoods

Apologies if this is a little off subject but I'm new to this and couldn't find where to post this.

Was just wondering if anyone has used the littlewoods website and if its any good, i.e. the interest free payment available on alot of goods.

Thanks

I'm finding customer services less than useless. Online account showing from May 2006 and when try to ring call centre no answer. Grrrrr!!! Only want to cash in commision!
One day I might be more organised...........

They are good for interest free goods, which alot of places don't do but they are seriously overpriced!

They do give you cashback on goods in either cash or credit but in my experience whenever I use my cashback to the value of what it says I have available on my account they charge me some of it and say on my s/ment I used more than I had available!!

Customer Services seem hopeless, but they are more that happy to bombard you with buy now pay later codes by mail and telephone!
  • I've only ordered from them once and won't be repeating the experience as it took a while to get the right price sorted out AND I have been bombarded with mail from them ever since. Customer services were very friendly when I got through and the e mail complaint line worked ok.

I agree with Leanne that they are overpriced but if the interest free period is important to you make sure you use discount codes you can find on the discount board here.
Proud to be dealing with my debts
