Treasure chests

I have decided to make my 2 dd's their own treasure chest. I have a chest shaped jewellery box that I am in the process of decorating to look like a proper treasure chest. I am going to put in some jewellery and chocolate coins.

Has anyone got any ideas what else I could put in?

Thank you in advance.

Could you do a treasure hunt for them to find them? All around the house/garden/car etc kind of thing?

  • What about sea shells, you can get these from craft shops. Gems And jewels.
rings & of course a treasure map that you could take a step further & incorporate a treasure hunt ending in a prize such as a tiara.
If I come up with any more ideas I'll add to this thread.

Nice hairslides/scrunchies/hairstuff in general might be nice too.
