Was a great royal party at our school. It was a bit chilly but the kids didn't seem to mind seeing as there was an ice-cream van & bouncy castle, and enough food to feed the whole of the town! Just a shame lots of it went to waste.

No post today for me (was hoping for one last win before the months out! )

Thanks Wingo ! Just put in some extra warmer clothes after reading your post as it has been really nice here and everyone has been in shorts etc.. Heading for South Shields first tomorrow I think as we have 2 nights at Washington. Not been there since kids were 4 & 2.

Sounds like loads of peeps got the champagne from Daily Mail/Lidl today. Mine must be stuck in the post!

What I mean is a photo which has been uploaded, is it possible to find where it has been sourced from?

I decided not to enter for champers comp cos I couldn't be bothered going down to lidl for it with the kids running riot!

Hi zoold I'm not quite sure, maybe try google images see what it comes up with? Or type in search whqtever the picture looks like..(dolphin, flower etc )

Thanks PMS. Searched Hol Inn site for best bargain for 2 nights within easy reach of us and Washington won! (I organise our meals around best bargains in supermarket too!) Then I got a £19 offer for a Premier Inn at Middlesbrough so added that on too. :rotfl:

I forgot what date it was pms! Was thinking it was 29th today cos we had a royal party at school! Thats the trouble with these bank hols...you forget what day/year/universe you're on!

Sheils you sound very organised when it comes to going away I have to make a checklist if I go overnight never mind every other weekend! I wish I was that organised!
