I've been looking around but which is the cheapest (or free!) honeymoon gift list site? We're only going to Lanzarote but the ones I've been looking at so far will charge £45 for £500 worth paid in, is that the best there is?

I haven't used it so I don't know if it is any good, I just found it while looking at other people's wedding sites to get ideas for the design of mine

    Hi,

We have a website with gettingmarried.co.uk & they have just added a honeymoon gift list section & i'm sure it's free, but maybe worth checking first.

Thomas Cook is currently free - normally it's £19.99. We're planning to ask for Thomas Cook vouchers, easy enough for anyone to get hold of and no commision being taken off

I'm using http://www.ourwishingwell.com/ and they charge 5% up to £5000. So on £500 you would pay £25. I like the way they work as you are actually getting money at the end of it rather than vouchers and this works really well for us.

I'd suggest your guests give you cash, that way you can shop around and get the best deal.

We went to Lanzarote for our honeymoon (the weather was glorious and we'd been twice before so wanted to go again ~ also going this Oct for our 1st anniversary!). We only paid £500 for the week, whereas booking with a major tour operator would have cost more than double that.
