Its £9.41 in Amazon now not as cheap as 7dayshop. They do show a video and reviews on there if anyone wants more info

I've got one of those, and it works okay. It's just a knife sharpener, dear ....No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

I paid about the same form Amazon at christmas. It is okay.0

only use it for cheap knives, as it takes loads of metal off good quality knives and can reduce their useful life considerably (i have one and have stopped using because of this) btw i only paid about £6 on amazon for mine some time last year, so this price isn't that astounding0

I would stick with a diamond steel for quality knives0

Good deal, but worth noting it has been as low as £6.79 at Amazon a couple of weeks ago (though not for long). The price is tracked here:

That site is good for tracking prices on Amazon.0 -
I bought one for £5-6-ish on Amazon last year. It is good for sharpening cheaper knives, or those that haven't seen a steel for so long that they are beyond redemption - however, I am slowly building up a set of good quality knives and using a steel on them regularly and recommend this over 'sharpened' knives any day....0
