I am not sure if this is in the right section. this is my first post. I have just received a 72 hour notice of litigation from HFO services who have been calling so much i have had to switch my ringer off on the phone. They claim I owe over 6K to Barclaycard. Update!
As of 28/4 I have heard nothing more from HFO so far since sending the prove it letter. I also added a notice to my credit entry for HFO explaining that I am in dispute with them due to the debt being statute barred. They only have 4 more weeks before it drops off my report anyway. Hopefully I'll hear no more.
