I'm looking for the best valuse discount interest only mortgage for the eternal mortgage rate-tart again. 70k on a 350k home. I've seen rates of 4.35 bounded about on the CDV/Charcol sites but have no idea who it's with and the charges are over a grand. Can anyone with some sufficient data access point me in the right direction or promote a suitable deal?
