Self employed P46 Help

Hello there,
I hope some of you can help me on this one. I am currently self employed but am starting a bit of temp work for 6 weeks. I have to fill out a P46 and really don't know what box to tick. I've been looking on the web and some are saying tick Box A - first job since last 6th April, and others are saying tick Box C - I have another Job.
Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks

id tick box b which is true as you do have another job ie se one0
