Experian credit expert membership

i signed up with credit expert for a short period and cancelled my membership by phone and by e mail.
They continued to take money after cancellation.
They promised to refund it - they did not.
We reported them to the bank but they only managed to get part of the money back - they said the way they get round the cancellation is to keep putting it through as a new membership.
They have stopped replying to letters.
We intend to report them to the FSA.
Does anyone have any experience of this and what this may achieve?

I had to phone twice to cancel after they took the money again. They did refund it but it took nearly 4 weeks
