    It's already school holidays here.

    But then again, that means I have a minion to order around for the best part of a month [evil smirk].

    And I did spend a lot of this afternoon after bass potting the tomatoes on again. So it's not that bad.

    But then again, she's only been home at normal time - the test comes tomorrow morning when she's still here after 7.30am....

    Morning all

    Slept really badly stressing so tired and cross with myself.

    I've emptied the wm, dw will be next.

    Last day of term so early finish; DH off today to take the elder 2 to the ski dome for DS2's birthday treat. Hopefully he will get a few jobs done off the list this morning.

    I have a hygienist appointment first thing - yuck and then I'm going to get some bits done in the garden - startign with 15 minutes as not in the mood.

    Toots hope the move preparations are going well.

    Hex hope your hands are improving.

    Vacuum right the way up the stairs!
    Wonderful Wednesday - Kitchen and dining room
    Level Two
    Clean oven
    Wash windows and sills
    Level Three
    mop the floor
    Thursday Scrub-a-dub ~ bathroom/loo
    Level Two
    Clean the baths/basins/bogs
    Wash the shower screen
    Level Three
    Empty all the bins
    Extras
    1. Polish any /radiators in these rooms
    Friday fun! - childrens rooms
    Level One
    Clear the floors in the childrens room.. throw out any broken toys and find some that are no longer needed that can be sent to charity shop or given away.
    Level Two
    Wash window
    Level Three
    Dust.. lightshades, curtain poles, games consoles/PC's etc
    Extras
    1. Clean out any pets!

    Going to be annother nice day here.

    WM is on, lunch time I can hang it out, if it hasn't finished by the time I go to work
    Carbooting carrier bags sorted out as they were a real muddle.
    Bleach stuck down the toilets
    Cat fed
    OH rushed out in a panic, as he thought he started at 7.30am but he starts today at 7am, he should just get there on time!
    Found a Saturday car boot near me, so I am gonig to give that a go tomorrow, then go the other way for the Sunday car boot and see how many items of interest I can sell!
    I have sorted the kitchen out, and put stuff away that was lurking on the sides

    Morning all

    Just had a quick skim hope all are well. Dusty more hugs for you and your friend's family, reading that reminded me of DH and a moment with Miss A at his funeral that brought a lump to many throats.

    Preperations are going very well for toots, the frenzy of activity should reach a crescendo this weekend! She has had lots of willing helpers who have been absolute stars. Excellent progress has been made, all we need now are ~good dry calm weather~ vibes for her please.

    Friday fun! - childrens rooms
    Level One
    Clear the floors in the childrens room.. throw out any broken toys and find some that are no longer needed that can be sent to charity shop or given away.
    Drag everything out from under the bed too.. there is floor under there!!
    Level Two
    Change the childrens bedding/wash curtains
    Vacuum mattress (after turning & wiping any waterproof sheets) and floors
    Wash window
    Level Three
    Sort through a clothing cupboard.. anything outgrown?
    Put any discs back in cases and books back on shelves etc
    Dust.. lightshades, curtain poles, games consoles/PC's etc
    Extras
    1. Wipe any sticky handprints and dirty marks off walls and doors
    2. Wipe down the paintwork & radiators
    3. Clean out any pets!

    Sort through coats n bags n shoes etc

    Clear and wipe worksurfaces
    Scrub down the front of units and large appliances

    Wipe and replace small appliances
    Clean oven and hob
    Wash windows and sills
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Degunge the fridge!

    1. Thoroughly clean the cupboard under the sink!
    2. Run the WM's and DW's through a clean cycle
    3. Clean all the filters and door seals etc
    4. Wipe the back door down.. inside.. and out!! demange the catflap!
    Thursday Scrub-a-dub ~ bathroom/loo and cruddy study!
    Level One
    Declutter the clutter!
    throw out 100 things from the house!
    Level Two
    Level Three
    Declutter the pc desk and give it a wipe!
    Wash all the windows and doors
    Empty all the bins AFTER 15 minutes filing/shredding!


    Extras
    1. Dust and deweb
    2. Polish any fire surrounds/radiators in these rooms
    3. Clear a shelf/cupboard wipe everything before replacing neatly
    4. Do a five minute job you have been putting off forever.. like changing a lightbulb or moving a hotspot...
    Friday fun! - childrens rooms

    Just heading out to prison ( vol job)
    I have 'topped' a coffee and walnut cake which DH has taken to work, but he left 2 pieces for me :j

    I have made a huge mess in the kitchen though which will have to wait until I come back.

    2 lots of washing on line - it's glorious here unlike yesterday!
