tax refund before BR. will OR want it?

Hi all,

the OR is calling me next week. just before xmas i received 2 tax refunds from the inland rev, about 2k in total.

the money has gone on bills, food, xmas (nothing extravagant) just a few family presents and christmas food, clothes for my son and 450 of it i saved as i was getting advice from cab about bankruptcy and they said I would need the fee in cash. i was also unemployed over that period and though getting some benefit it was little to live on.

will the OR look badly on this? i have no assets and am still out of work.
