hi i have a small gamon joint and not sure what to do with it have you any ideas and do i have to soak the gamon in cold water first before i cook it thanks
i cant slow down i wont be waiting for you i cant stop now because im dancing

I always used Delia's method for gammon, but you need to adjust the timings for a smaller joint.
