HELP & ADVICE needed, regarding Mail Online Win

Myself and another MSE'r had this e.mail on the 22/02/2011, which we both replied too with our details, after not hearing anymore from them we both contacted them after 5 weeks, i sent a polite e.mail left it 3 days than sent another e.mail Friday but still no reply. I have seen some fantastic help and advice given from some of the more experienced compers on mse, and wondered if anyone had any experince with the Mail online or know anyone we could contact, THANKYOU...

    have you phoned them? It's a bit of a shame they haven;t been in touch that's a great prize I hope you get them sent to you. If they hadn't responded to my emails I would prob phone.

    Some of the newspapers take a couple of months sometimes to send out prizes. The Sun now states this on their website. I understand you are concerned though. Kate Roxburgh is a geniune employee at the Mail and I too would suggest a polite call to her on Monday.

    I'm castleton the other winner. I too have e-mailed them and received no answer. I'm really dissappointed that she has not even bothered to answer two e-mails from me stating my concern.Does anyone have a phone number?
