Don't go ordering stuff until you sort out the computer problems though

Hi top_drawer
Forgive me if this sounds a bit garbled, but it's a bit late and I'm a bit tired!
Don't know too much about Vit B. But I think the thing to look for with fish oil supplements is not the total amount of fish oil it says it contains, but the amount of Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) - ie the amounts of EPA and DHA - I think these are the key beneficial constituents of fish oil. So to help you compare different brands - Eye Q contains 800mg of fish oil - but how much EPA and DHA?
For instance, me and o/h take Healthspan's St Clements Super Strength Omega 3 Liquid. Each 5ml (teaspoon) serving contains around 1000mg of EPA and DHA combined. A 300ml bottle costs £6.95 so if my dodgy maths is right - contains 2 months daily servings?
Buying oil in liquid form is cheaper than capsules, so good from an MSE pov, and apparently more 'bio-available'. But then this is obviously in a less convenient form to take than capsules and there is also the taste issue. This may be more of a factor if you are giving it kids. Healthspan add lemon and orange extracts to improve the taste - I actually don't mind it, but maybe I've got used to it lol.
But anyway I just wanted to mention that in case it was helpful to you
