can anyone tell me ?

i am living beyond my means

i owe all the payday loans companies and am getting in deeper just to pay off.
i have a 4k overdraft at the bank too. i am to pay toothfairy £544 tomorrow but cant. should i go the payplan or similar to explain my problems and ask to pay off a certain amount each month and do the same with everyone else ? or should i just write to these companies and tell them without getting payplaninvolved ?

And should i open a new bank account or can i run my account still while negotiating ? its a sorry sorry mess but all my own fault.
now i need to act responsibly - like i should of done a long time ago .

Please take advice from one of the free debt charities, they will be able to advise on your options.

Does the payday loan company have your bank details? They will try to take the money out of your account if they do, so it may be worthwhile drawing any money out just in case.

Do you owe your bank any money in the form of credit card, loans, etc? They may also have the right to take money out of your account so if you do set up a basic account at a bank that you don't owe anything to.

no iw dont owe the bank - hsbc

but there is nothing like £544 in there anyway

i have been advised to use payplan do you know if they are any good ?
