In a word, No.
You can't get a self cert mortgage on anything these days.... and the majority of lenders have always hated properties with agricultural restrictions

Arn't all these properties leased to the occupant???"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100

tied houses are based on 2 different links to agriculture .i think some can be removed .they are worth slightly less than full market value .what about a mortgage on a tied property0

There are lenders for agricultural restricted properties but there are no self cert lenders.

where is the best place to get a mortgage on a property with an agricultural tie its a bungalow with 6 acres0

Normal residential mortgages are not possible anyway on agricultural occupancies simply because it's a kind of business, farming. Simply letting you know that since your question implies you're not a farmer/smallholder and so no reason why you would be aware of what an agricultural restriction means. And, as GMS says, no self certs although there are specialist lenders.0

thanks for your reply,i am a farm worker and keep 9 sheep on my 6 acres ,i do find it strange how mortgage lenders class it as a business all my money comes from employment0

If your money is from employment then why would you need self cert?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. The sorts of lenders for this include The Ecology, Norwich and Peterborough, Saffron, Ipswich, Hants Trust and so on. Hants Trust can consider semi self cert for certain situations - but only certain brokers can transact this.0

forget self cert .just need to concentrate on the ag tie problem0
