As said earlier.... with vendor gifted deposit, the Halifax (pending valuation) will let us do this.....
Surprised this is not more widely known, as it's hard enough getting a 15% deposit as it is, never mind finding an extra 8K in addition.
King Street, thanks for clarifying, turns out NR also do something similar but we are going to stick with the halifax for 2 years.0
