Hi there
I wonder if there are any experts here who I could pm/email personally with my predicament?
My problem is very long and very personal and I really don't want to post publically
(sorry)
Thanks

Your best option is probably to contact one of the debt charities that will offer FREE advice based on your personal circumstances.
I rang the CCCS initially, they listened to all my details, were very understanding and gave me great advice. There is also the CAB if you want to talk in person but you will probably have to make an appointment.
Links for the debt charities are in my sig.

This is an open forum and as HM said, talking privately to just one of us will only provide that person's opinion. None of us has all the answers which is why it's best to ask all of us.
If you wish to speak privately to someone then the best people are the free debt advice charities as they can offer professional and confidential advice specific to your situation. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN

You can PM the CCCS reps if you have a specific question.

Other than that, if you need to seek advice off the forum, then please do it via one of the official organisations here:
