I tried ringing the helpline for the ASDA trampoline to source a replacement net.
They never answer the phone. I have emailed them 3 times for same and they have never responded. Appalling customer service:mad:.
I have had to give the old tramp away on Gumtree and faced with buying a new one (but not an ASDA one...)2011 Wins - Shopping Vouchers / Ice Bucket from Dr Oetker / Local Hair Salon Colour Treatment

I have also had this issue from Asda! Thought it was my kids but it may be the product with all these similar problems!0

Expensive at £84 but this seems to be the company that made them for asda. Look on ebay and see what else is there

I just recently bought a replacement net from Amazon. Plenty of variety in sizes and at least you can read reviews. There are a few variations for 10 foot, make sure you get the required one. Some are for 6 or 8 legs.

After following everyones links and advice I finally found a net to fit the Asdas 10ft trampoline it was right there in front of my eyes all along on the Asda direct page for the product!
JumpKing customer helpline - 0844 8004060 - Please call this number for any queries such as assembly assistance, concerns regarding missing and/or broken parts, or any other issues.
I ordered the net straight away and will be with me in the next couple of days. It was slightly more than I wanted to pay at £49 delivered but at least I know its the correct one as they asked me my modal number and on the website it was £84.0
