Had a knock at the door this morning from the postman, had to sign for a special delivery letter from B&Q ~ opened it to find a £200 gift card :j. So a huge 
to tuppie for posting the comp.
Now for a little story...
About 8 years ago I went to B&Q and had the worst service EVER, the staff member was rude, threw things around and swore infront of my 2 little ones, I wrote a letter of complaint and never heard back. I never shopped there again. Yesterday our strip light went in the kitchen and my DH said "we'll have to go to B&Q". Wasn't too pleased about that. Then the postman came this morning with the gift card. Now, I believe that this is karma for the bad service I got all that time ago. :A
