Now I'm stuck at work and its in the fridge. I'm guessing it won't set. Is there any saving it??!!
I won't finish work till 9pm tonight, am working from 7am till 11am and the lunch is at 12!!!!!!!!! Future MiL is there too so don't want to look a twit!!
Any ideas people??

Make something else quickly.
My cheesecake is really simple and doesn't contain gelatine so only needs to be ion the fridge for an hour or so to chill.
Cheesecake
Base
18 tennis biscuits crushed into fine crumbs (or digestives or what ever type of biccie you usually use as a base)
5ml cinnamon
125ml melted butter
Combine all ingredients and press into large pie dish
Bake for 8-10minutes at 180° C
Leave to cool
Filling
500g cream cheese
250ml whipping/ double cream
600g condensed milk
125ml lemon juice
Beat cream until thick
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy
Beat condensed milk and add the cream cheese. Combine.
Fold in cream and then lemon juice
Pour into cooled pie shell and chill
Topping (I normally dont bother with a topping or just use sliced strawberries)
Drain tinned fruit and reserve the juice
Arrange fruit on top on the cheesecake
Heat the juice
Combine 10ml corn flour with 60ml of the cool fruit juice
Add to hot juice and simmer until thick
Allow to cool then pour over the cheesecake.Man plans and God laughs...Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.0 -
