I've been a member of Shop and Scan for a little while now. I haven't claimed any vouchers yet as I have been saving my points up, but will be ordering from them next week, by which point I should have enough for £40 worth of vouchers.

They occasionally send extra surveys out which you can complete for bonus points. Their customer service is excellent (my clicker stopped working last week, they had a new one out to me the next day along with a prepaid envelope to return my old one).

I'd say go ahead and join :D

I did but couldn't get the software to work on my pc. Despite trying real hard.
  • I've been a member since couple of weeks ago and so far so good..for me, it's a great fun scanning my shopping..

I think the customer service is great..whenever I email them with inquiries, they answered my email quite quickly

For my first shopping scan, I got 10,000 points..which is equivalent to £10 voucher..and now they are also doing triple points starting from 3 weeks up until end of december. Which means, instead of 1000 points for every week you scan..u'll now get 3000 points..

I havent redeem any rewards yet..i'm trying to build up my points..
  • hi.. thanks ...a quick question.....is it your weekly shop that you scan....plus those extras that you buy during the week as well

Yes, you scan your weekly shopping plus any extras you buy. It doesn't just have to be groceries - you can scan your shopping from loads of other places such as Homebase, Woolworths, etc.

The Shop and Scan week runs from Monday - Sunday, so you need to make sure that you transmit your codes before midnight on a Sunday to ensure you get your points for that week.

I have been using shop and scan for sometime, I have had £40 in vouchers so far this year and am well on the way to the next one. Vouchers come 3 - 4 days after you order them.

My clicker went last week, it had a weeks shopping in it, the credited me with the points and sent me a new clicker and a freepost bag to return the old one.

saving for a trip to Florida and NYC Spring 2008

    Total so far £14.00!!
  • I did it for a while but found it a real nuisance and then the scanner started playing up so I gave uo in the end - too much time & effort for so little reward.

I have been doing this for a few weeks now and really enjoy it!

I had my pc "refurbished" and couldnt get the clicker to transmit barcodes, when i emailed shopandscan they sent me an attachment and cd with instructions to get it going and hey presto worked fine!

They are quick to reply and really helpful.

Isn't that a coincidence I got an email asking to join today as well! I've registered and looking forward to scanning will let you know if I experience any problems
