what should i do?

hey i have quite a bit of debt which now stands at 12,000 which i am in control of, have 4 debts, 3 which are the bigs ones are 0% intrest as they have been froze, have 1 which is £580 which each month is about £3.50 intrest and i pay £25 a month on that one, in total i pay £145 a month spread out between the 4 debts, now after all my bills and food etc each month i am left with about £120, i was planning on getting my 2 front teeth as vianners which is going to cost a total of £700 but i dont like my teeth and they keep going dark and chipping so keep paying about 150 a year to keep getting them sorted which is when they toild me i could do with gettign them front 2 teeth as vianners, but as i am in debt but under control i not sure if i should be saving money for vianners or putting the extra money i get on a debt to pay it off?? i would feel more comfident and like i said 3 debts are intrest free permanant and theres just the 1 debt for £580 which i only pay £3.50 intrest a month!! the 2 teeth i have have died which they taken the roots out, was few years back when i fell over and they damaged :(
thanks

First of all - why don't you click at the sticky at the top of the page and let the people on here have a look at your SOA (Statement of Affairs) and lets see if we can help you free up some more money to fund your treatment and pay off your debts sooner too. They are really cool about helping you make every penny count.

    AS for the teeth:

Is their a dental training hospital near you? You can get heavily discounted treatment on complicated treatments if you let the students do the work - in the last six months I have had 4 veneers and a mouthguard made (I grind my teeth) for way less than you have been quoted.

Or have you googled "Dental Tourism" - you can hop on a cheap flight to Poland or Bulgaria for instance and get your treatment done in great clinics at better prices.

    JUst a thought

Surely for that treatment you could get it done at an nhs dentist for about £60?? I did for a dead front tooth admittedly while on maternity leave so didn't pay but still would have been NHS obviously. If googling this I think vianeers is spelt veneers. I am not being picky it's just that you won't find anything if nobody tells you the spelling is wrong!

As I understand it from your post these teeth have already had root treatments. It isnt unusual for teeth to go dark after that. Doesn't have to happen but if it has there are ways of dealing with it, not just veneers.
Problem is the nhs doesn't give a stuff about what colour the teeth are, this is likely to be considered cosmetic.
It is possible to selectively apply tooth whitening agents to individual teeth. In root treated teeth we can even seal them inside sometimes so you dont have to mess around with gels. Then have the chips fixed afterwards with conventional fillings.
Veneers are not fantastic at masking dark teeth without making them very thick, plus they can chip too so you need to be very sure they are what you need.
I would think very hard before you go down the dental tourism route. If something goes wrong or needs recementing are you in a position to hop back on a plane to get it done?
