Hope their service improved. Sent an item back beginning Jan and just got the refund Friday after kicking up a big fuss, no apology tho. Not impressed.0

I agree their online service is awful! If you goodle Debenhams online service, you will find this is a common problem.
I had nothing but problems from them and after waiting 2 months for a delivery of a shelving unit, I have eventually received a refund this week after numerous emails and phone calls as they are now stating the item is not in stock! Awful service, stay away.0 -
I bought some undies which fell apart at the seams even as I went to put them on for the first time, first email complaint got the brush off, the second intimated I knew their CEO personally and would in fact be speaking to him the following Monday '...perhaps Sir Phillip will be able to shed some light on why you cannot resolve this...'
A few minutes later they had refunded with a gushing apology.0 -
