Conditions of entry

1. The prize is six nights’ deluxe room accommodation at Terme di Saturnia Spa & Golf Resort in Tuscany, on a b&b basis. One dinner for two will be provided, excluding alcohol, plus golf green fees for three sessions per person. Prize holiday is inclusive of return economy flights provided by British Airways. Transfers to and from the base are not included, however £200 will be given to the winner to cover car hire. Transport to and from the UK airport is the responsibility of the prize winner.
2. The prize must be booked by June 2011 and 30 days before departure. The prize must be taken before 10 December 2011 outside of Easter and public holidays. Dates are subject to availability.
3. The prize is subject to British Airways standard terms and conditions and general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage (ba.com).
4. Acceptance of the prize must be confirmed in the method specified within 21 days.
5. No cash alternative will be offered; the prize is non-transferable and must be taken by the named winner only. 6. Passengers must ensure that they have a valid passport at the time of travel. Passengers are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance and any visa or innoculation requirements.

11. Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited.
12. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered and won’t be returned. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random after the closing time.

14. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. A list of winners can be obtained by sending an SAE to Lonely Planet Magazine, 2/D1, Media Centre, 201 Wood Lane, London W12 7TQ, within six weeks of the closing date.
15. We reserve the right to change these rules or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion if circumstances arise beyond our control.
16. If we can’t contact the winner within one month of the closing date, we will offer the prize to a runner up, or re-offer the prize in another promotion.
17. We exclude liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you arising from your entry or your acceptance of a prize.
