I have ordered lots of things from here, all lovely, although some of the higher priced stuff not perhaps worth the price. Bracelets tend to be extremely small, and the gold is normally an "antique" effect, not the normal bright stuff. Pretty things though.

You have to go through check out and get your order confirmed on email, where it says Free Gift. I couldn't see this anywhere on the order itself, so I am taking them on their honour!

I ordered a sale item too, discount worked and the email says I will get the free gift, but not sure on that order.

Ive always had my free gifts even when I've only ordered sale items. It usually states free gift on your confirmation email. I love this website, and have always been happy with my purchases, but I will say that I find the bigger pieces much better value for money, as well as looking amazing!

I have made about 10 orders over the last year, always got something extra, normally a paperweight.

I would say that New Look do good sales every now and then, but the best advice is to check this forum every day - that is what I do!!

They are a really good company to deal with, I'm sure you will be happy. Ive never ordered belts, maybe you could give us feedback on those! I think my favourite things are the cocktail rings. I'd never ordered big bold jewellery before, but I'm addicted to them now! I have to say they are the most comfortable rings I've ever worn, and I always get lots of lovely comments. The butterfly/insect rings are also gorgeous. Enjoy xxxx

I got a necklace when there was the £10 off for new customers. Wore it once and 3 of the little charms fell off.It was a freebie but I wouldn't buy from them again :(
