Please help- defaulted on cc

Hi all,
I really hope someone can help me
I know I've been really dumb- as I had stopped paying this debt so I knew it wa out there somewhere, but I chose to ignore it and concentrate on other finances and now it is biting me!
Anyway I defaulted on a store card about a year ago and I know this as got my equifax credit record the other night.
I owe £1100 (the original limit was only £700) I do want to fix it- although I know it will not really help my credit rating even if I do. But I really don't know how to go about it- it's not like I have any lump sum to pay off it and I have a mortgage, childcare fees and another larger credit card debt that I AM up to date with.
I don't even know my full account number or anything. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I should handle this?? Is there any chance of settling it at a reduced amount and what might be a monthly payment they would accept? I can't afford to risk not being able to pay other debts ESPECIALLY the mortgage.
Thanks in advance for any help
