Somerfields Magazine Vouchers

Anybody tried these at Mr T's yet. If not I'll give them a go tonight and post the result in the morning. Hopefully it will save me the £1.20 I'm paying for the Sainsburys mag.

i have tried numerous vouchers from the sainsburys magazines and they all go through, but it depends on which SA you get and if they notice it is a sainsburys coupon.

The somerfield magazine is great this month as they have 2 x £5 vouchers in plus a few £1 ones and they scan in Tesco. I have about 10 magazines to use as they save a lot off your shopping if you can get the SA to accept the £5 voucher and dont notice it is a Somerfield voucher.

I have a Sainsbury calender (which I think I may have got with the Sainsburys magazine) and in the back of this calender there are numerous coupons too!!

yes, i always keep a few somerfield ones in my purse. they do scan at tesco, but just depends on the till assistant. as has been said, some good ones this month, but theres always about £10 worth in the mag, usually in lower denominations.

Do the Somerfield vouchers work in Asda at self scan tills?

Gentlepurr is right. They do scan, SA said "these are Somerfields". I said "Yes but they will scan" amnd they did. I like these better than the Sainsburys vouchers as they are free and are 'Big Uns'....... two fivers and two ones. The Sainsburys are pretty low value ones, especially on the calendar, the two sheets in the mag have quite a few pounders though.

We got one yesterday and the coupons are off Alcohol. I can't remember which type though , sorry

I used a £5 one in mr ts
last night no problems i did a £40 shop and put in £16 and then when to cs to get r/r on my meat so it cost me £8

Will Tesco take vouchers even if you don't buy the product, as I have a £5 Gillette voucher I need to get shut of.
