advice needed - Payplan/Credit cards.

Hi legoman,
when did you speak to Payplan?? I had my initial interview last Tuesday, they rang me back on Friday to tell me who my case worker is and that they were sending me the pack, and also emailed me details of my Justabank account. I've still not received the pack tho...
If you're getting hassle from creditors, ring Payplan for your acc number. I've given this information to my creditors and made £5 token payments this month when they've called, and they've been great - asking if I can afford the fiver, and explaining that I'm on the computer system so will probably keep getting automated calls for the time being and that I just need to tell them to look at the notes on my account.

i just spoke to them actually and they said that it's in the post. if it doesn't come by thursday then i ring them back. as for the statements its a closed account so i guess they gotta look it all up. i'mjust being impatient cause i want my money back!
should i ring them again and ask for my number or wait til thursday. i dont suppose it will hurt. a number keeps phoning me at 5 o'clock in the evening which suggests acc company, i have answered twice but they hang up! it's getting annoying cause i want to find out who it is but cant!.
edit - i believe it was a credit card company who i paid this morning.0 -

I would ring and get your number - Egg were the first creditor to call me after I spoke to Payplan, they were great but they asked me to call back with my PP number... when I called them back I got passed from one person to another, giving my security details and explaining about Payplan over and over... once I got to the right person it was fine, but it could have been easier!Proud to be dealing with my debts:dance:

i got the number now. so when they call i can tell them the deal, though what i thought was a cc calling turned out not to be. is it possible that if i call one department to pay, the other (collections dep.) still dont know? and keep trying or is it someone else.
i keep missing their call each day or they just hang up i guess cause thay cant her me or something. i'm starting to worry a little!0 -
*update*
so the number IS my cc company. their collections department dont get the payment i made for 5 days! so thats why they keep ringing. the guy at the help desk made sure they knew. i didn't mention payplan! hmmm, soon they will know.
