Hi all,
iam coming to the end of my 3 year capped mortgage with the halifax.
if i stay with the halifax and get a new deal, vwill they charge me arrangement fees?

Best call them to find out, it is likely although there will be savings on solicitors etc. Best to see which product is best for you, including all fees etc first, a good broker will do this for you and, Halifax pay them a fee if they keep you there so you'll see that they are not biased to move you away.

Some option have a fee and some don't
the rates depend on the balance of your mortgage - all the rates are on the website
barney is right that brokers can deal with product transfers for Halifax too. Halifax do not give advice when reviewing rates, where as a broker does0
