Hi I have made a complete mess of my additional borrowing application... Our current fixed rate with Britannia is due to end on 22nd May 2012, we currently pay £680 per month. Thanks for everyones help on this.

My original sales lady from Britannia is going to call me Monday to see if I can switch to borrowing £12k on SVR.. I have been given a figure of under £60 per month so will go this route until May 2012.
