Were just setting up a DMP with payplan and are opening a cashminder account with co op. Only problem is my husbands ID is all wrong so we need to get a letter from someone in authority to verify who he is.
The guy at the bank said it needs to have friends name (hes a policeman), position, business address and contact number and say that chris is who he says he is and lives at our address.
Does it need a picture?
Ive looked online for a template but cant find anything. How would we write it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
