Council Tax

Hi new member here ,

Could anyone answer me a few questions about Council Tax.

Do i legally have to pay it and what law would i break if i didnt ?

    If you decide not to pay your council tax and don't get summonsed for non payment and/or don't have your goods or house seized by a bailiff and/or are not imprisoned would you please come back and tell us.
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
