    An ex work colleague used to encase them in pastry (not sure which type and whether she added anything else) and bake them like a pie.

    Sorry but the only place I would put a meat burger is in the bin. But then I would never have bought it in the first place. You can never be sure what is in them. :(

    You can if you make your own - some lean minced beef, some grated onion, form them into patties! Yum!

    I doubt that would satisfy BodyElectric. You have to mince beef yourself.

    Many people have their burgers specially prepared for them by their butcher, you simply choose the cut of meat you like, and they will prepare the patties there and then for you.
