Cccs dmp

Currently in a DMP with CCCS, have come into a bit of money, not a lot but wanna use it to pay of some debts, should i call my crediters and pay them direct or call CCCS and pay it to them?

    Write to your creditors offering full and final settlements if you can. State that you have been offered the money on the understanding that the debt is settled in full, and offer the creditor 50% of the remaining debt. Give them a week to respond in writing confirming F&F - it must say 'Settled in full' and that no further collections will be made.

    If they don't respond, try the next one. When you get it sorted, tell the CCCS that the debt is cleared.

    Do everything in writing - don't call anyone, because they'll agree to get the money and then may deny it was F&F.
