  • Well, I got £100 back from Schuh for a pair of boots I had to return. This was the second pair I'd had, the first pair had the sole split from the upper... this second pair went the same way so they got sent back too. I didn't think it was worth trying a third pair so I got a full refund for them. In some ways it's good, I got 3 months' use of them for free but actually I loved them and wore them a lot so tbh I think I would have preferred to keep them.
    Whatever

    £94 saved on the price of a skirt - I espied this skirt earlier this year but decided that I didnt want to pay £124.00 for it:eek: so I was hoping that I would see it again in the sale - today it was reduced to £30 and they had my size:cool: Managed to save £5.90 on my mobile too thanks to having Mates Rates:cool:

    Hi all, and thanks for setting up a new thread :)

    Started this back in Nov/Dec last year, and although I didn't make the full £10 a day in the first few months, I came pretty close so it was still worth doing! Anyway, Feb and March have been rubbish, so I'm starting afresh. But not for £10 a day.... for a grand total of £531.78!!! Random I know, but this covers one thing I need to buy (I now no longer purchase on my credit card, I make extra money so I can spend money lol) and one thing I need to pay! So thats 17.73 that I need to raise per day......

    This will be interesting!
    Good luck everyone :heart2::heart2:

    Found 5p on the bus seat today, and my other half found 5p in the Tesco self service till as well when out on a Double The Difference mission!! :D All counts!
    Will have a fair bit that I can count towards this challenge from the Tesco DTD thing, but won't add that yet until I've worked out how much it's actually saved, in comparison to if we hadn't done it. A fair bit already with Fabric softener and Easter Eggs!! Bits up to £25 on Ebay, and some things that I am particularly tired of hanging around as I've not got around to listing them before, so looking forward to seeing them go.
