I got a cancellation email today

Not sure why, no reason is given. Does anyone have an email address that they will reply to? They only gave a phone number 'if I think it's been cancelled in error' but I can't get through on it.

I emailed customer service to check the order status and got the following reply:

Thanks for your email. Unfortunately we are unable to process your order any further as the there needs to be an additional item worth £10.00 or more added to your order. This was outlined in the terms and conditions and must be adhered to or we will not be able to dispatch your order. Please feel free to call our team on 0800 630 0074 between 09:30 and 18:30 who will be happy to help you process the order further.

I had only ordered the free things, so my order was put on hold. As it goes, I was happy to buy one item for £10 - I called them and added it to my order, so it's on it's way now!

Strangely, my first order which met their terms and conditions of £10 spend (I spent £16) hasn't been dispatched but the following one I made for just the postage has just been dispatched, with 2 items missing....
