I don't think comments disappear after moderation. By clearing your cookies the website thinks you are a new user and therefore doesn't show your comment. It just say it's awaiting moderation because they aren't going to publish your details to everyone.0

ahhhhh, I thought that you could see your own message as the website knew who you were, but if you cleared your cookies and couldn't see your own comment, it would mean no-one could, itms0
