Urgent help
I have "sold" my property but was told today that I have a secured loan attached to my property and therefore cant sell it - meant to move in a week!!
I took a loan through Asda years ago and this was paid off within a year however, 4 years on, I go to sell my house and it is still showing on my land registry!!
Phoned company tonight and was told it should not still be attached to the property and they will look into it.
Suggestions??

I don't know how quickly the Land Registry and ASDA can act. You may be able to take out some form of indemnity on the property. If it's ASDA's fault, they should pay.Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??
