I'll make my suggestion, though.

All the Fast Fit outlets offer a 'free' brake check, so do you know what ACTUALLY needs doing??If not, let them have a look!

Also, don't dismiss main dealers, even if it's an older car - many of them offer VERY good deals, on over 3 year old vehicles, for basic repairs.

&, of course, once you know what needs doing, don't forget your local independent guy!

Wherever you go, so long as you're comparing like with like - you'll get some HUGE variation in prices, I'll bet!!
