If you decide to go down the online EA route then check out estateagentin.com. they have a very unique way of marketing your property. Apart from using the traditional methods like advertising on Right Move and Zoopla they use hundreds of portals and their agents are all qualified Mortgage Brokers with massive client banks of people who are potential buyers and their costs are amazing from £75.00 to £395.000
