can i still go for unfair dismissle

    One way to handle this might be to meet with the boss and try to 'clear the air' when you return to work. Say you are sorry that you had to appeal, but that you now feel that you have been treated fairly, however would your boss like you to find a new job? If they would, ask if they can help you to find a new job and agree a good reference with you :D

    If (as is more likely) they say that they would like you to stay, say that you look forward to a constructive working relationship in the future, but you have felt left out of some things in the past (take a list with you). Your boss will have been warned by their boss to treat you with kid gloves, if it's any sort of a decent company! Make it clear that you expect fair treatment, and (although you needn't say this, just imply it) that you will be taking notes of how you are treated in the future.....
