hello all again,just wanted to update all of those who helped me however big or small.My nephew had his appeal Monday after i did an appeal letter with help from here,i am over the moon and so gratful to this site because he has got his job back:T:T.He returned back to work today so great news cant thank you all enough for the advice.:A0

i am very annoyed with the union usdaw he pays £8pm for what???but my nephew is young but im not so now this over i will be looking into this also.god i feel good:D0
