    He has been with the supermarket for exactly 3years with no previous problems at all no other warnings

    hello all again,just wanted to update all of those who helped me however big or small.My nephew had his appeal Monday after i did an appeal letter with help from here,i am over the moon and so gratful to this site because he has got his job back:T:T.He returned back to work today so great news cant thank you all enough for the advice.:A

    Why are you not getting advice from the union, which I assume he has actually paid for? They should be helping with an appeal.

    exactly,USDAW is that his Union that`s why he`s paying his dues surely/

    please do not pick on me for my grammar,I left school at fifteen and worked in the building trade for 55years ,

    i am very annoyed with the union usdaw he pays £8pm for what???but my nephew is young but im not so now this over i will be looking into this also.god i feel good:D
