I wouldn't worry about them in the slightest, they have just had a notice that they are having their licence revoked.

I won't go into the in's and out's of it all and the possibilities of what could or will happen. But for now, forget about HFO, they can't collect without a licence and are unlikely to get it back on appeal.

Funnily enough this morning they have sent through a copy of some statements that seem to indicate that I have made payments up until October or so in 2005 - this has got me worried now as obviously this destroys the thought that the card debt is now statute barred.

I will pay back the debt but do not want to be dealing with HFO Services at all - they will not get a penny from me as I don't know and trust where it is going.

I looked at the link - it didn't work originally but I put a search in and found it - their current licence has been revoked I see as you said. Does this mean they will continue to flood me with more paperwork? I am concerned again now as I'm turning a corner with regards dealing with my creditors but HFO are still lingering.

Following up from my last post I have just received a 72 hour litigation letter and don't know what to do now. If I have to pay the debt now then fine I will but i do not want anything to do with HFO as I want any monies paid going to the creditor directly.

    Please advise!
    Thanks.

Also if HFO Services have had their license revoked can they still actively persue me at the moment?
