Car Finance - Help
Hi
Got quite a Dilema here
I purchased a car in October 2002 on Finance from one of the Sub Prime lenders paid every month without fail (apart from one which was agreed in advance) in the March of 2004 I puchased a second car from them as we needed 2 and then in the October of 2004 I excercised my right to do a volountary termination on the first car after much toing and frowing the eventually agreed to do so (they sent letters advising that as I had missed a payment it was now no longer a HP agreement but rather a personal loan!!) within the same letter I sent for the voulantary termination I also included that I wished all payment protection on the second car cancelled I was due to pay off my finance in April of 2007 but as I had cancelled the payment protection on the second car after 6 months and that it was one third of my payments I called in June to ask when my payments were due to finish to be told that they hadnt got the letter I adv this was the same letter they received telling them I wanted to do a volountary termination on so they must have got it they are refusing to move on this and insisting I pay the full amount!!!
What can i do?
Thanks

Make a written complaint and send it to head office. Thats bound to get a response.0

And send your complaint recorded delivery.
