Underpayment taken in one go, where do I stand?

Hello, Here's a break down of what has happened and hopefully someone can help. 2007-2008 - Overpaid tax by £600 2008-2009 - Underpaid by £200 2009-2010 - Underpaid by £480 My outstanding amount from 2008-2009 was taken directly from the £600 I overpaid, resulting in a £400 cheque to me. Thanks everyone for the help. I've drawn a black with IR and my employer won't re-run my pay or help so i'm going to have to swallow the amount. At least it has been paid though.
