Latest Tesco Beer Glitch 2x12 cans for £4

Read the thread about an hour and a half ago and rushed out to my nearest Tesco Express and got to work!

I made 6 seperate transactions and walked away from my self service till with...144 Cans (mixture of Fosters/Strongbow) for a grand total of £24.00 !

With the summer and BBQ season (we can hope) just around the corner this is an excellent find!!

By the look of it I got them just in time, at least I have helped my Tesco withdrawing their stock....there is none left

BOOOOO, went to Warndon Express, went through the till at £4 then SA called manager over who overrode the price and charged £16

Went to our local tesco express and there was no carlsberg whatsoever and the fosters wan`t even on offer Ours is a really rubbish one so i rarely go there.

NOT 15 cans at this store - 15 can pack doesn't exist

A 12 can pack DOES however - AND it's£10 AND it's got a 2 for £16/ 3 for £20 SEL in front of it.

so I'm guessing details are inaccurate to say the least

Just back from my nearest EXPRESS
(other than a petrol forecourt Express with NO SELF SERVICE tills - DON'T want to raise eyebrows !!!)

3 trips - 2 at a time, Fosters, then Fosters, then Strongbow

I went to 2 express stores one at a garage forecourt the other a store in the local shopping precint but no joy

Yes! Well done OP, but the gold medal goes to me and my good friend (Christar) who drove all around Swindon after we noticed this thread at around 5pm. We have only just got back from going around seven different local express stores. The final store was the real winning haul,

‎14 Twelve Packs each. 20 Fosters and 8 'Bow Divided between us. 168 cans each (336 cans total). £28 each spent (£56 in total), thus meaning 6p a can of lager/strongbow. So £280's worth for the grand total of £56. We are laughing! We hope nobody loses they're job in the last store where we clocked up 24 through self service to the amusement of the poor cashier and other customers, all of whom found it all very funny not realising just how much we were getting them for each visit to the tills. All added to my mates clubcard too. Kerching and a sloppy night entails,

Just went to my local express, it worked..... then cashier cancelled it and scanned the fosters as carlesburg tried to charge me the £16.... oops forgot my credit card lol

Hope this is a TYPO on your behalf, and you've dropped a digit, and not what you really think you paid for them.

If the latter, sad to inform you, put a new battery in your calculator

These work out at 6 for £1 - so just under 17p each

Hope I've not burst your bubble - hoping you meant to put 16p - or that they don't taste quite as nice as they did at 6p a can
