Please help, Easy cook Mag recipe

i've lost my fav easy cook mag. it is one i use all the time, i had it last week and i can't find where i put it. :eek:

i'm wanting to do a recipe from it called lamb and tomato pilaf. i've searched their website but nothing. i've tried to google the recipe but none similar came up.

the mag it is from is one of the first onces issued i think 2006 poss. i can't believe i can't find it. i've got every mag ever since it started they are all in the cupboard where i keep them, apart form this one which i used loads.

Can anyone help ?

    Looked through ones I have left Judie but I think that's one I didn't keep typical, do they not have it on the website

    Issue no 12 Spring 2007

    2 onions
    2 tbsp olive oil
    450g mince lamb
    200g long grain rice
    1 tsp ground cinnnamon
    1 tsp dried oregano
    425ml vegetable stock
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    400g can chopped tomatoes
    handful fresh chopped parsley

    Fry onions in oil 5 mins/lightly brown
    Stir in lamb fry 10 mins til brown
    Tip in rice and stir until all grains glisten

    Stir in cinnamon and oregano and pour in stock, worcester sauce and tomatoes
    Season stir well bring to boil.
    Cover and simmer 15 mins until rice tender and stock absorbed.

    Just before serving stir in parsley
    Mortgage, paid off!

    Did look lou, but they only seem to have newer reicpes.thanks tho.

    Kazmeister , your a star. Thankyou so much. Will put it back on meal planner for next week. i went down town to the chippy ( best chips in town, so it wasn't a hardship,lol)

    i need to find the mag tho, or order back issue as it got loads of recipes in i do.

    oh it is, it is really really really scrummy. i'm not too keen on lamb but i could eat this every day. All my children love it also.( they won't eat it now i said that,lol)
