Perhapsd I should have been more careful.
Found a camera I wanted, swapped my vouchers, ordered the camera, vouchers refused.
Rang Helpline "Sorry sir thats not in the offer. " Any item inthe offer has text across the tem. It is not particulalrly clear. In fact it is downright unclear and decietful.
I was intrigued that the helpdesk wanted no details from me, not even my name. Clearly they are swamped with such calls - he confirmed they were. I suggested the products not in the offer should be clearly marked - he was inclined to agree. He said "We had lots of problems last time so we tried to make it better this time !!!!!
He did confirm that I can un-exchange my vouchers back into CLubcard points by going to instore customer services.
